Dear Potential Mid-Western Rodeo Vendor
The 2023 Mid-Western Rodeo will be held June 29, 30 and July 1. In 2022 attendance was over 13,000 people. In an attempt to insure that all vendors have a successful event we have enclosed a vendor survey. While we do not sell or guarantee exclusive product sales rights, we will attempt to limit the number of vendors selling the same or very similar items. Food vendors are not accepted.

If you are interested in being a vendor at the 2023 Mid-Western Rodeo, please complete the vendor product line survey form and return it to us.
Vendor authorization forms will be sent to interested parties beginning March 2023. You will have until April 15, 2023 to return the signed form with payment. Failure to meet any of the above deadlines or requirements will result in the removal of your name from our vendor list for 2024.
