Hello Rodeo Fans!

My name is Amanda Doman, your 2018 Mid-Western Rodo Queen. I am 23 years old born and raised in Bear Creek and am a 2012 graduate from Little Wolf High School. I currently am employed at Sturm Foods as a bay lead. My hobbies include trail riding, competing at local speed shows with my horse Jake, tubing with friends and hunting and fishing.

Since birth horses have been a part of my everyday life. At a young age my parents got me involved with horses by taking me along with them on trail rides and to speed shows. When I was thirteen I joined the Little Britches of Wisconsin Rodeo (LBW) where I competed in barrel racing and pole bending. Once I outgrew LBW I became a member of the National Barrel Horse Association for a short time and now currently compete at local speed shows and trail ride with my family and friends.

I am so excited to promote the Manawa Lions Club, the Mid-Western Rodeo and the sport of rodeo as the 2018 Mid-Western Rodeo Queen. It is truly a blessing and a dream come true and I cannot wait for what this year has to bring!

I would like to thank the Ziebell family and the Manawa Lions Club for all of their hard work and dedication to put on an outstanding rodeo year after year. I would also like to thank my family and friends for all of their help, support and words of encouragement getting me this far. Most of all I would also like to thank all of you rodeo fans for making us the greatest show on dirt!

I look forward to meeting you all at the rodeo!
