This package offers you the highest level of exposure at our rodeo, and includes the following:

Event Sponsor

  • Trophy Buckle in your company’s name given to event winner.

  • Your business is announced as the event sponsor during all rodeo performances.

Full Page Program Ad

  • Your business will receive a full page ad in the official rodeo program.

Arena Sign

  • This 4’ x 8’ sign will be located inside the arena for a full year. It will be visible for any and all events held at the grounds.

Website Listing

  • Your business will be listed on the Mid-Western Rodeo website, with a link to your site if applicable.

Print Advertising

  • Logo provided by you will be used in all print advertising.

Free Rodeo Admission

  • Your business will receive 20 general admission seat tickets

This package offers you an excellent level of exposure at our rodeo, and includes the following:

This is our basic advertising package, and includes the following:

  • Your business is announced as a rodeo sponsor before and after the rodeo, as well as at intermission.

1/2 Page Program Ad

  • Your business will receive a 1/2 page ad in the official rodeo program.

Website Listing

  • Your business will be listed on the Mid-Western Rodeo website, with a link to your site if applicable.

Free Rodeo Admission

  • Your business will receive 5 general admission seat tickets.
   

Friends of the Rodeo - $150.00
Your name will be listed in the official rodeo program. You will receive 2 free general admission rodeo tickets, and your choice of the following:

 

Bull Contract

  • Sponsor 2 bulls at any rodeo performance. The announcer announces the name of the bull, the contestant, and advises the crowd he is sponsored by you or your business using the 20 word description provided by you.

OR

Parade Sponsor

  • Your name will be mentioned as a parade sponsor frequently during the parade.

OR

Place Mat Advertising

  • 50,000 placemats with sponsor advertising will be distributed to restaurants in area communities. These place mats will advertise the rodeo along with your business using the ad copy you provide.

OR

Program Advertising

  • Your business will receive a 1/4 page program ad in the official rodeo program.
   

Official Scoreboard - $2,500.00
   
This 16’ x 18’ lighted scoreboard provides 3’ x 5’ lighted end panels to display your company logo. The scoreboard will be referred to as the official (insert your name here) scoreboard during all rodeo events and will receive plenty of airtime in the arena. The scoreboard also has the ability to scroll messages of your choosing before the performance and during intermission.

Other Options
Choose any of the following options:

Bucking Chute Sign
  • This 2’ x 8’ permanent sign advertising your business is mounted on a bucking chute inside the arena. Bucking Chute signs are very visible and sponsors are announced when chute is used.
    $500.00 per year or $1,200.00 for 3 years.

Bleacher Sign

  • This 4’ x 8’ permanent sign advertising your business is located at the top of the bleachers facing the only entry gate where rodeo ticket holders enter the grounds.
    $300.00 per year or $750.00 for 3 years.

All signs are painted, erected and maintained by the Lion’s Club for the length of the contract.

Rodeo Program Advertising

  • The Official Rodeo Program is a professionally printed magazine containing pictures and articles about the events and contestants. It is sold at every performance.

  • Full page ad $300.00

  • 1/2 page ad $175.00

Git yer pardners--I mean patrons--in on the rodeo fun with official Mid-Western Rodeo Cowboy Boot Mugs. These plastic boots are made for walkin'--I mean drinkin'--sasparilla at their favorite waterin' hole. New for 2006 are Shot Toppers, a plastic cowboy hat shot glass.
